one more month!

I have less than one month before I move into my dorm! I'm so excited and anxious! I finally get to be more independentttttt. A week ago, I got to know who my roommate is and, luckily, I'm sharing a room with only one person (opposed to three other people) and that room has a small kitchen, bathroom, and everything! My roommate seems pretty nice. She knows how to play the violin (maybe she can give me some pointers, since I'm struggling with the viola) and hopefully we'll be able to get along this year. :)
I already bought my dorm stuff and I must say that buying interior accessories is kind of fun. It makes me wish I had my own apartment so I could decorate what I want.

Although I'm excited and can't wait to go to college, I'm a little scared of making new friends. Making friends for me is somewhat difficult, since I'm unable to open up very easily, unless someone's personality clicks really well with mine. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll at least make a few friends. It'd be awesome, too, if I could find a best friend, since I really don't have anyone to listen to my problems. D":

Anyway, today I received my AP Portfolio scores and I'm surprised that I got the highest possible score: a 5! That makes me more confident in my work since, lately, I've kinda been unsure about my artistic abilities and if I can actually land a career in illustration. Hopefully, my art classes in college will help me improve. I seriously need help with anatomy. I still can't draw awesome human figures as quickly as some people my age. :(

Now on to sitely news:
I've added six scans and two pattern sets.
