Okay, enough with the book of rules. Some people probably are held back after reading that book of rules, so let's put it simple :D:
- I'd like graphics/resource sites please. I'm not looking to affiliate with blogs, collectives, etc. Also, it should be viewable to all ages.
- We should contact each other at least once a month through MSN or email or by commenting. I'll try my best to do so also.
- Your graphics should be in good quality and somewhat unique. You should be able to use your own resources that you've created.
- Please have your site in English. I don't know any other language; sorry.
- Lastly, a link on all pages will be appreciated, for I'm doing the same for you. :]
If you don't recieve an answer within a week, then you were rejected. I won't be sending out emails to why you were declined (unless you would like me to). But don't worry! You can always apply again if you think you've improved. :D
