It’s been a week and a half since I moved into my dorm room and I must say that it’s not all that bad. However, I am feeling rather homesick and lonely. I haven’t really befriended anyone yet, mainly because I still have difficult talking and trying to make new friends, therefore I really don’t have anyone to hang out with at the moment. But I suppose I’m making a little progress. I got to know one girl in my 3D Design class. I met her at orientation and she seems pretty cool. I wonder if we’ll become friends or not. I’ll just have to try and not be so closed up in my shell. If only I had an interesting life and interesting topics to talk about. :c
While I’m talking about wishing to have an interesting life, I’ve been longing to go on a roadtrip for a while now. When my mom was younger, she rode on Greyhound buses from state to state alone. I know I can’t do that today, because of all the weird people roaming about, but still, I really want to just forget about everything and have fun being on an adventure. Basically, I want to go on a roadtrip to find myself. Finding oneself usually associates with guys (or am I wrong?), but right now, I just want to figure out myself. If only society today wasn’t so screwed up, then I could go on a roadtrip someday alone. I suppose I’ll have to find a good friend or something to come with me.

Anyway, aside from college, lately my Cutenews has been a victim of spam. A lot of spam. Therefore, I decided to upload FanUpdate, since it has a Captcha. Hopefully it’ll ward off the spam. But if it doesn’t, then I guess I’ll have to find something else, if there IS anything else.

Also, I added five grunge textures that I found around campus. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to create anything else due to college homework, etc. Right now, I don’t have that much homework, so, hopefully, I’ll be able to find time to scavenge around for good resources. c:
